Together for a Better Future

RoadLight Project was founded by Dwayne Nathan Jack, Melanie Jack, and Mariusz Wojcik—three individuals united by lived experience, resilience, and a shared passion for transforming the lives of young people affected by trauma, exclusion, and adversity.

Dwayne Nathan Jack brings a deeply personal and powerful story to the heart of RoadLight. Having spent 17 years in and out of prison, Dwayne’s life was shaped by cycles of violence, crime, and survival. He has survived being stabbed, shot, and attacked with a machete—experiences that could have easily ended his journey. Instead, he chose to transform his pain into purpose.
